User error may cause negative reviews
I bought this pillow and had a nap on it. My neck was very sore. I went back and looked at how the model was positioning it and some of the negative reviews shows the pillow upside down. That’s how i had it. I flipped it the way the model had it and it worked great! Sometimes it’s not the pillow it’s the user.
