I bought this because I have bronchitis, I’m full of mucus and suffer from inflammation. Well, I was so excited that on the first day I took 2 tablespoons, 3 on the second and I think double that on the 3rd day. I was taking it before bed and I was feeling super bloated and had a lot of gas (sorry, but it’s part of the experience). Eventually after about an hour to two hours I was able to fall asleep except for the 3rd night. I threw up like NEVER BEFORE!!! It was the grossest projectile vomit ever!! It was like the movie the Excorcist!! The vomit got a lot of that mucus out. The next morning I felt a whole lot better but in a weird way. So last night I had about a Teaspoon because I think I’m a little afraid. I can tell this oil is potent and most people would stiop taking it but I know that if it provoked the vomit it’s because it’s working. It’s removing what shouldn’t be there. It’s called a healing crisis and most people don’t get it. They would quit because they would freak out thinking there’s something wrong. In my past experience with herbs, I know it means it’s working! It’s now my fourth day and I’m going to try taking a teaspoon 3 times throughout the day to see if I can build back up to at least 3 tablespoons a day. Wish me luck!! As far as the taste, let’s just say it’s an “acquired taste” lol
