this item was purchased as a Christmas gift for my grandson (the athlete) for him to use and for his dad to use. It arrived as promised. Was well packaged and all items were in the box (this matters to a lot of us!). the Punch Bag was in perfect condition and certainly was exactly what I ordered. It is set up and being used... because it has only been a few days, I really can't speak strongly on "durability". I can say that it appears to be quite durable and of excellent quality. Our family has been blessed with many serious athletes for generations, so I am familiar with these types of products. If I change my mind on any of this, I will post again. As of today, I am thoroughly satisfied with the product and the customer service from this seller.
