Just to give some background, I am a 24 year old woman and my husband is 33. We both have been in the gym for years and our workouts consist of powerlifting base with bodybuilding "undertones"... This product is perfect if you are looking for a strong, consistent amount of energy throughout your workout. My husband and I both went up in weight on our lifts the first day we used this product. We BOTH liked that our faces weren't incredibly itchy (always annoying) and we didn't experience an intense crash in energy, and the flavor is definitely a plus! We will be using Vintage Blast for some time to come! Lastly, this product is great for women and men, definitely not a preworkout to be afraid of, ladies!
