I bought the 21 day fix from beach body and I wanted another set of containers. So I ordered this set from amazon. I am including pictures of the containers before and after opening. To be honest the set that I bought from amazon is higher quality than the one from beach body. But to be totally honest the containers look almost exactly the same. The main differences is that the lids for the amazon containers feel thick and higher quality. The second difference is that there is an indention where the lid and container meet. This indention gives my fingers a place to grip to open these tiny containers. These are BPA free, microwave and dishwasher safe (I like that a lot). Looking at the planner that comes with the amazon package...I do not understand why anyone can not understand it. There is an equation to figure out your weight loss goal. Take #1 I am moderately active ....so I take 12 x 180 = 2,160 (the twelve is the number that is on the planner for the lifestyle I picked and 180 is my current weight) THEN got to #2 how serious am I about losing weight I picked extreme so I add 700 2,160 + 700 = 2,860 NOW I subtract 750 from my total number of calories a day (which is listed under #2 on the planner) 2,110 calories because you have to eat actually healthy calories to lose weight not just starve So now I go to #3 and my allowed calories puts me in the last row for the amount of food a day. The black spoon is a teaspoon As I lose weight I will redo my math which will change my calorie intake. I hope my review helps someone. I am a 36 year old female that weighs 180 for the first time in my life. But I just had my first child. I am now ready to start losing some of this baby weight and get back to my 120/130 pound self.
