I bought this futon recently because it was cheap and the reviews were good. Not a good couch for the living room however. This is a great extra futon to have in a spare room or in a kids room or teen room. Good as dorm furniture, just not as a replacement for your living room couch. The color is beautiful. Made of sturdy material. Just put a flat sheet over it when you want to sleep on it as the material can be a little coarse. Definitely low to the ground which is great for kids, not so much for adults. I'm 5ft 4 in tall and I slept on this fine, however it's not the most comfortable bed. It comes in a box all folded up in two and you have to turn it over to the bottom part and unzip it to take out the cushions and the hardware. So yes everything is included and it's easy to put together when you follow the included directions which are just pictures. You don't even need a screwdriver although I used one to tighten two loose screws on the bottom. It is a little narrow to sit upon and when you do there is that feeling of pitching forward. But I can live with it. What's nice about this futon is that it will be easy to fold up and take to another place to be able to use it again. I am pleased with my purchase.
