High quality turmeric and excellent customer service. Turmeric has been very beneficial to me. I am a 60 year old woman. I began having arthritis symtems and started taking turmeric to help fight inflammation. It has made a huge difference in the way that I feel and has increased my joint mobility. I'll never go back to pills. Be sure to mix it with black pepper and milk or cocunut milk with fat for absorbion. Turmeric is fat soluable.
