The chair's base legs broken almost instantly. They snapped straight in half. It seemed like maybe they had been in extreme heat storage conditions. But non the less, I emailed customer service from the contact page on their website. They got back with me the next day and we started a process of getting me new base legs. They arrived very quickly and have been holding up great. Just make sure you still under factory warranty and they will take care of you, no problem.
