Will have to say this Vitamin performed way way above expected. My mother was 100 on December 16, 2016 and she has taken drugstore vitamins all her life. Once I bought her these she has found so much energy her memory is coming back and she is totally a different person, 10 years younger. It is changed our lives together as a family so that we can enjoy her as we did years ago. I would never have expected such a thing. I don't know that it will make this kind of a difference for everyone, but I t is the greatest thing that has happened to my mom healthwise. Her thinking and memory is more clear she has more energy for daily chores and guests visiting. When we held her 100th birthday in December, nobody could believe how sharp her mind was and remembering everyone's names with good health and how much energy she had. She thanks me every time I visit for bringing her these vitamins and how much better it makes her feel. I am grateful beyond words, to have found this vitamin supplement, though she is in very good health for 100😊 It is so worth the price to have this quality of life at such a late age.
