This was a bit disappointing. It worked very well for the first few weeks, then out of nowhere the right side brush stopped working. Apparently there's something wrong with the motor? It's unfortunate, too, because the window to return it has closed. Very disappointed. UPDATE: Immediately after posting this review yesterday, ILIFE emailed me and offered to replace my faulty vacuum or give me a full refund. I opted for the new vacuum because it really does work very well (especially with a long-haired cat whose shedding is seemingly endless). My new machine will arrive in 2-3 days and this certainly proves that customer service is top notch with this company. So happy!
