Best night's sleep I've had in a long time
My sister bought this bed here on Amazon to have for when I come visit her. We set it up yesterday (easy-peasy), and I slept on it last night. I have very bad back problems and usually wake up in the mornings in pain (and also wake up with stabbing pain every time I turn over at night) even though I've got a very expensive regular queen-sized mattress on my bed at home. I didn't wake up once in the night on this mattress, and when I did wake up my back wasn't killing me! I was so impressed, I couldn't stop raving to my sister about it. (She's 70; I'm 60. We both have fibromyalgia and suffer from a lot of pain.)
The pump worked perfectly. The whole thing was up in a snap. The bed inflates to about a standard-bed height, which is good for people who have trouble getting up and down from a mattress on the floor. Assuming the pump and the air bed hold up per the usual Serta quality, I would switch to one of these beds in a heartbeat. I don't know how it would do in a bed frame; I would use mine flat on the floor.
A queen-sized fitted sheet is just the right size to wrap around the twin bed and tuck under the bottom edges. That's good, because I have a queen bed at home and plenty of sheets for it. I'm thinking now that I might just get rid of my bed and get one of these. The difference in how I felt waking up would be worth it. I don't really need a queen-sized bed anyway (even though queens are available in this bed) because I just keep most of it piled up with books and papers!
This little bed could be a life-changer for me. I just had to come post my enthusiasm about it.
