I started following Rachel Hollis when I somehow saw a social media post of her in her bikini.. I was drawn to her honestly and sense of humor about real life immediately. I started following her and have been a fan since that very day— I’ve read all her party girl books- I have her cookbook , but this book Girl Wash your face is THE BOOK that everyone needs to read . Her words are powerful and life changing - I find myself talking out loud and saying things like , yes, me too, thankyou.. and even Amen sister! This isn’t just a book it’s a a manifesto to help women and even men who love women figure out how to love yourself, give yourself and other women grace - which is my new favorite word to help give myself a break from the negative self talk that always creeps in.
