I am an HVAC field supervisor and I saw this toilet seat in one of the construction buildings. I was so impressed that not ONLY cabinets drawers can close slow motion, but also toilet seats. I really hate to go to the bathroom 2 am in the Morning and then I am there standing leaking my water... next thing I know is that loud shot sound of the toilet seat cover slamming into it... Well, not anymore... I found this one in Amazon and at first, I thought would be too big, because I took the measurement displayed in their advertisement and it kinda didn't quite fit my toilets. But my wife was like "let's give it a try, don't order all of them at once..." and that what we did. And, WOW... we loved it... works just fine, just as advertised. Closes in slow motion, fits just perfectly to our standard toilet, which I believe will fit most of any other toilet. Also, it is so easy to clean under and around the bolt connection. I hope this can be helpful for you, because even though I am very handy kinda guy, but at first I was like "do I need to go buy some bolts or other Hardware for this?" - No, you don't need!!!
