For most people, including myself, I believe that they judge how good their mattress is based on all of the problems they DON’T have with it. A good mattresses should be designed to solve problems that can come up when you’re sleeping, so while the initial impression of what you are buying is important, there are other considerations I wanted to think about when choosing if a mattress was the right one for us. These were some of the most important considerations for me and my husband: Motion isolation - I sleep light and wake up often when my husband tosses and turns. Be very careful as you remove this plastic since the mattress is wrapped very tightly in the plastic and you don’t want to cut into the mattress by accident. After that you will be ready to go. I can tell you that we had our best night’s sleep in a very long time the first night that spent on this mattress. There was no odor to this mattress and all of the features we were looking for did the trick to improve our level of comfort throughout the night and in the morning.
