Wrong Directions
The thermometer is finally calibrated and set for Fahrenheit. The directions that came in the box were for model JXB-182. This is JSB-178 and they aren't the same and don't work the same. I could not figure this out on my own. I finally found the correct instructions online and it was then easy to calibrate and use.
