I was a dancer for many years. And with that I have chronic pain in my hips and shoulders. In the past I have gotten acupuncture to help alleviate the pain as well as weekly massages. I live in LA and most things have been shut down for almost a year now and I was desperate. Due to lack of accessible treatments, I have also not been sleeping well. The first day I used the vibration plate, I had no noticeable pain and I slept through the night! I've been using it morning and night since. I've also found that my muscles have tightened rather quickly as well. I am 40 years old and my metabolism is less than what it used to be. I know this machine is helping me in more ways than one. I've already noticed less fat and swelling around my belly and love handles. Just this morning I was on it for 10 minutes at level 30 and I burned 370 calories!
