I was extremely disappointed in the beginning when I used this. The problem wasn't the product, but came down to the way I was trying to hold it while using it. Since I figured out how to hold it properly I love it! The only reason I bought this was because I broke my first one and I know this one isn't as going to snap like my first one did because it's shaft is thicker and tougher! I wish this was still in stock so I can buy a couple more for the family to have and use!
