I just used this for the first time exactly according to the directions and it came out nice. I usually get my eyebrows tinted at a salon and this is the exact same thing for a fraction of the cost. As I’m writing this review I’m also letting the color develop on my eyelashes. I did my eyebrows first and then applied some of the leftover dye on my lashes with an old, but cleaned mascara wand. I used an ELF eyeliner brush to apply it to my brows and used the same brush to put on the mascara wand and then my lashes. You have to be very careful not to get it in your eyes so I wouldn’t do this if you have an unsteady hand. I also had some eyebrow serum oil handy so I used that as well after the eyebrow tinting. I am happy to this once a week if it saves me $16 at a salon.
