Great quality bags and you get a lot for the money. I purchased these based on value and I'm happy with the purchase. So far I used them to Sous Vide a bone in Prime Rib and it turned out great. The bags held up to the heat and did not leak. I also used them to freeze meat and I am very happy with the performance. Overall these are a great value for the money and I will purchase again and I do recommend them.
