Gawd... did I ever grow tired of paying the sky-high prices for this stuff at the grocery store!! That's what motivated me to buy this large package of tiny grain or whatever this stuff is. At the time of purchase, it was the least expensive per ounce of the available large packages so I bought this brand. The quality is excellent and it cooks exactly as you'd expect Quinoa to do. It tastes quite good as well. Spice it up unless you're on a special diet that prohibits the use of any and all foods with flavor. Straight Quinoa is bland so explore your spice rack and enjoy.
