I purchased this embosser for my husband as a Christmas gift. I was skeptical about ordering through amazon, as the process didn't seem to make sense, as it is supposed to be personalized, yet when you purchase it, there is no place to put the information. But, I went ahead and bought it, as I was not able to find what I wanted anywhere else. Stamp Xpress, the company who makes the product, sent me an email first thing the next morning, asking what personalization I would like. After reading some other reviews, I made sure I was very clear on exactly what I wanted. I even asked to see samples of the various font types to chose from and they emailed those right away. Service was very prompt, very helpful, and my husband is thrilled with his new embosser!
