Ordered this bag as an “extra” take along that was packed in my suitcase for my month-long trip to Europe. When the bag arrived and I was surprised how small and light it was when folded. Even more surprised at how big this bag was once opened! Also, pleasantly surprised at how sturdy it was given some of the other reviews. Have been using this on my trip and am quite pleased with it so far as it has traveled with me to four separate hotels so far. Here is what I like: Folds into an easily packable extra bag. Very big and roomy — have been able to pack purchases I have made on my trip including 3 pairs of shoes, clothes, extra gift purchases, etc. that would not fit in my other suitcase. The bag easily slips over my suitcases telescopic handle. Long, adjustable shoulder strap is great — even the hand carry handles are adjustable — a Great bonus I had not expected! I ordered the black bag that has a hidden pocket for shoes and that has been wonderful. Noticed the other bags (different colored ones) didn’t have the shoulder strap or shoe compartment area — so I am reviewing the one that has these extras. What was not as likeable as the other features: The bag, because it is foldable and light, does not have ANY structure whatsoever. Other reviewers have noted this and the photo makes it appear as if there is some level of structure. Please note — there is not any. So, depending upon how the bag is packed, it can get a bit awkward to maneuver. That being said — for me and the purposes I need this bag, the lack of structure really isn’t a negative since I didn’t expect the bag to have much structure to it. This was the only “negative” and something I did think should be noted, especially since other reviews seemed to really think that the lack of structure in the bag was a negative. What I would *not* use this bag for; This, for me, was an extra bag to pack in my luggage to be able to purchase items while on travel and it has been perfect for that purpose. I would definitely not buy this bag to use as my primary means of luggage for travel. Although, it could be easy to use on a light weekend getaway that doesn’t require a lot of heavy things to be packed. Overall, great super light and easy to pack extra bag with great functionality at a really reasonable price with a lot of unexpected extras (handle and shoe pouch usefulness). Will be purchasing another for my boyfriend so he has an extra bag to pack on our next trip too. Adding this 2 years later. After 2 years, STILL using this bag! As originally wrote, purchased this as an extra bag for travel overseas. So far I have used this on each trip and it has been exactly what was needed. This past trip I actually bought too much and used this bag to *ship* dirty clothes back from Europe. I was scared because they did not pack this bag in a box, they just taped it up on the outside with labels and shipped it. To my surprise, the bag arrived in PERFECT condition — even after an overseas, fully stuffed, no protection shipment!! Given the hundreds of dollars I have paid for other luggage that fell apart, this was the bargain of the century. Just purchased another one. Hope it performs as well as this one has— Completely recommend!
