Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I am using the Windows Subsystem for Android with Amazon Appstore. The TikTok app responds very well on my pc and is impressive. However, there is no way to upload media to TikTok from my pc. Should there not be a setting in the Amazon Appstore, where you can set a directory from your pc (media folder) to upload media to TikTok? I hope that will be possible soon with an update. I prefer to use Amazon's TikTok version it has all the functionalities as the android app not like Microsoft's version which is very limited.
