I almost never write a product review, even if I love a product, but I had to write one for this product. I began taking this for hair loss and hair regrowth (female). When I buy a product that is a nutritional supplement, I always make a 6 month commitment before I judge the product and decide if I want to continue on. Normally, for me, it takes that long to really begin to see the longer term results. However, I have seen noticeable results in 45 days with this liquid Living Silica. I used to have thick, wavy heir down past my waist. Then about 5 years ago, coinciding with diagnosed hypothyroid, I began to lose my hair. Over the last 5 years, I've lost over 18 inches of length off my hair just from my hair falling out and breaking off. My hair got so thin, I was beginning to think i might end up with some bald patches if something didn't happen to reverse the hair loss. I have tried everything. Over the years, I have tried transdermal HGH, Biotin, Horsetail herb, peppermint oils, protein packs, reducing stress with yoga (my life isn't that stressful anyway), and nothing seemed to work until i tried this product (remember, I always stick with new supplements or treatments for 6 months before judging). I have been on the Living Silica for just over 45 days and my hair and nails are growing out again and I can feel the thickness of my hair filling out. I take this product daily, religiously. It's practically tasteless, so I can put it in a quick glass of water if I'm on the run, or I can put it in my morning smoothie. You can't taste it (in water, you can notice it slightly). My nails, which have been historically thin are beginning to get stronger, which makes me happy to, as I sport my natural nails. Needless to say, I am super happy I found this product and I will continue taking it as long as I continue to see great benefits. I hope this product will work for everyone like it is working for me.
