Good luxury feel, served me very well on recent (Feb 2002) road trip of 2500 miles (round trip). I don’t think there is a seat cushion out there that totally prevents or eliminates lower back pain/stiffness on a road trip. This cushion comes close to it. I would say it eliminated / prevented lower back stiffness and pain from sitting long hours during the road trip, 80%, maybe 90%. I felt some stiffness (not pain) during the 2500 road trip but minimally. I am convinced this cushion made the positive difference. Post road trip, now also using it daily as it also raises my road view a bit and more comfortable!
