My Dr. Prescribed me trazadone for sleep which might have worked if it didn't immediately close off my nasal passages to the point I couldn't breathe through my nose. So I decided to take a chance on an OTC and this stuff has worked like a charm. Tastes a bit icky but I quickly washed other down with some decaf tea to rinse the taste out and within 20mins I couldn't keep my eyes open. Def recommend.
