Ok, I'm a 39 year old guy and I've never owned water shoes and honestly can't stand sandals and flip flops on me (or really on guys in general) BUT, I was taking my son on a huge family lake trip and we were going to be on a motor boat, in the water, walking on the beach, around the campground, around the fire-pits, and tubing behind the boat. I decided to look on Amazon and found these all black, sneaker-looking shoes. Ok, I'll try'em. I get them quickly in the mail and open up the package. They're so light! They fit perfectly and I again notice how light they are on and loved feeling the cool air go right through the mesh while I kicked my foot around. Cool. I take them on the trip and they stay on while tubing, on the boat and EVERYTHING listed above. I never wanted to take them off. Why would I? I was wearing sneakers I can walk anywhere in, that can get wet at any time and dry in minutes. Perfection. Get'em. If they break or die due to affordable cost - I'll buy'em again.
