about as pure as you can get, no unwanted fillers
read the bag for the proper usage amount, very very little is needed, just don't sneeze around it as it is a very fine powder, some contain a VERY TINY serving spoon. I wanted a non-sucralose or aspartame sweetener without erythritol or other fillers, this is it.
