Works well--deceptively deep (took nearly 30 lbs. of ice to fill it!). Drain plug is a pain: it doesn't pull out easy and the entire drain assembly comes out when pulling on the plug top. Plug should have a string to allow user to pull it without having to dig down to find it (suggestion to buyers: add a mark of some sort higher along the side to show you where the plug is to reduce your time digging into the ice). Would recommend a cover, especially in areas where there is a lot of tree pollen (the Rattan texture grabs a lot of dirt/pollen).
