One day, my friend challenged me to eat zuchini noodles (zoodles) and to use them in some pasta dishes, so I considered buying a device specifically for spiralizing noodles. At the same time, my old box grater vanished, so I poked around on Amazon and found this gem: a combination of both plus a mandolin (which I have always been afraid to use after one of my friends nicked his finger badly), and a catch tray to collect the delicious slices. The product stores easily and safely, plus the added food grabber handle thing makes slicing safe and easy (especially with the glove!) Using the spiralizer attachment took a bit of getting used to for a whole zucchini, but slicing it into quarters got it to fit fine. Cleaning it is a breeze, since water and maybe some soap is fine, the brush also helps. While I haven't tried using it for beets yet, some guides recommend lightly oiling the catch tray to prevent discoloration, so I'll try that. Overall, excellent!
