The first thing I noticed when wearing these headphones was the comfort. I am older and bald, so the way the top band feels is just as important to me as the comfort around my ears... I found both to be superb. I did encounter one technical problem, but when I contacted the company, they immediately bent over backwards to make sure they could do all that was possible to work with me in correcting the problem, which is the kind of high quality customer service I grew up with. It is an honorable way to conduct a business, and I will always go to such a company before all others. I am more than satisfied and highly recommend this company, along with their E7 Pro headphone.
