I purchased these based on friends recommendations. I was tired of old strainer with lip that sat on top of drain, food would not pass over lip. This strainer sits down in drain and has top holes to allow water to drain past when strainer is full of food. Great design with tiny legs to elevate it off of bottom of drain to not block exit.Another great attribute is, it is plastic like material will not rust and FINALLY SOMETHING MADE IN USA!!!! Excellent product overall!!
