I almost gave a 4 star because it is hard. Not as soft as I would have liked it. I wish they would have made it a little softer where your head rests. Placing a pillow to get some comfort is not easy. I purchased this because I have sinus allergies really bad and I am prone to having pounding headaches when I wake up. I have used this for 2 nights straight and I have not woke up with a headache since I started using it. I would much rather struggle with this being a little hard than waking up with a migraine. That is why I gave it a 5 star because it works for the reason I purchased it. The size of this is not an issue for me because I have a king-size bed. If you wake up with sinus headaches I highly recommend it.
