I have a multitude of aches and pains: S.I. joints, osteoarthritis in my back and knees, herniated lumbar disc, torn lumbar disc, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, and on and on and on. I purchased my first bottle from Amazon during the early summer. The very first morning after I took a daily dose, I rose from bed without my back and knees crying out in anguish as they had been doing for months. Seriously, that's not an exaggeration.... the very FIRST dose. I give this to my elderly large dog, and I have sent bottles of it to family members who struggle with pain. This stuff is a GODSEND (or an Earthsend, whichever)!
