Over time this turned out to be the Best of all the 6 different type/brands of ice pads I have which I must use multiple times daily. I have had the first 2 of “The Coldest Water” ice pads now for over 4 years, added another 2 approx 2 years ago and now have ordered 2 more to replace 2 of another brand that did not perform so well. So now I have a total of 6 “The Coldest Water” ice pads which I cycle through daily. They are well made, are a very good size & easily store folded in its 3 parts. Most importantly, for my needs, they do a great job and help me managing my back pain. They stay ice cold for a solid hour, longer than I need as I use them in 20 minute intervals. If needed they stay cold for a good 2 hours. I am very happy with “The Coldest Water” ice pads and appreciate the good results I get in managing my back pain.
