Very easy to unfold and very effective for my memory foam mattress. The width can easily be adjusted by pushing together the slats a little bit or pulling them apart. I just noticed that the price for the queen size is much more than it used to be . I need another one so what I have done is I have ordered a king size which costs MUCH less, and since the slats can be pushed together to make it smaller I will make it into a queen size and save $100!
