So I LOVE this product. I work anywhere from 12-20 hour days being on call and I can put 2 or 3 of these in my lunch pale and keep food COLD for the full 20 hour days! Which is absolutely amazing!! However I am disappointed that they are not lasting as long as I expected. I purchased in April and two have already cracked in the corners and are leaking out the gel stuff. (See photo). I’m hoping to contact the company in hopes they will replace the two that have broken in under 3 months. Other than that, these are great. *****UPDATE***** I reached out to the seller and they promptly replaced the two that had cracked with no questions asked. They shipped out next business day and arrived in perfect condition. 10/10 would recommend.
