I recommend this to every mom out there or any woman who has undergone any kind of lower abdominal surgery. Seriously love this thing. I had two c sections with 15 months and let me tell you my belly was not appreciative. I had stretch marks so bad my belly was practically a grid patter and I had a shelf on top of a shelf from the sperate c sections. My stomach looks sooooooo much better now. I only have one shelf now and it's nearly gone. My stretch marks are hardly visible now. I use elemis japanese oil afterwards or cellulite oil for an added boost. I cannot recommend this enough. I love looking at my belly in the mirror now and before I avoided it as much as possible.
