I am a 56 year old female and have been having joint pain in the knuckles of my hands. I didn't want to take prescription pain relievers, nor did I want to take Alieve daily. My mom suggested I try this, and to my surprise it works. I started out taking one pill daily, and about a year later I increased it to two. I've been taking this brand of Turmeric for about 2 1/2 years, have tried other brands, but this one works best for me.
