This is the best one by far that I have tried. I am taking the time to write this because I know there are a ton of collagen possibilities on the market and I have tried some of them. While others keep my nails shiny and I note my hair grows, this one blows the ones I’ve tried out of the water. Don’t want to gross you out, but I am 42 and the wrinkles I have on my chest between my breasts, have all but disappeared. When I tried the other collagens, I noticed them coming back. My hair shoots forward growth like stalks of bamboo. (Much softer of course:)). I have to cut my nails because they grow go strong and so long, and only when I use this particular collagen. I had tennis elbow. It’s gone. I work out constantly without joint pain(weight lifting, hiit.) I don’t know the people that manufacture this product, nor any people that sell it. I do know, I bought some others trying to save some money, but never again.
