As a nurse practitioner I am often tasked with having the dreaded conversation with my patients regarding weight. One of my patients purchased this as part of his lifestyle change after being diagnosed with diabetes. He was doing extremely well from a labwork stand point and he stated he owed a lot of it to this.....so of course I HAD to get one. This little wonder is the easiest thing to use, easy to clean (yes, the basket is dishwasher safe), and in summer, it will make it easier to cook certain foods I would normally have to use the oven for. It cooks VERY fast. The most amazing thing to me was that you need very little seasoning on anything. Somehow, this thing actually brought out the natural flavor of the foods I have cooked (salmon, chicken, talapia). And in case you were wondering, it browns chicken beautifully. You basically set and forget it - no more having to hover over the stove to flip food over and make sure it doesn't over cook. Set the temp and timer and you are good to go. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is trying to eat healthier or is too busy to stand over the stove to cook dinner.
