I wish I could give this product 10 stars. At first I was skeptical, so skeptical. I know sometimes companies hire people to write fake reviews and I've been left disappointed. I am not exaggerating when I say that this product has changed my life. Let me repeat: it has changed my life. There were so many reasons I would not move out of my roach infested NYC apartment. Here are a few reasons even the most squeamish New Yorkers will understand: it's huge, pet friendly, it's rent stabilized, and it's quiet. It also had TONS of German Cockroaches. For 5 years we coexisted. I almost got used to seeing them crawl out of nowhere at my most relaxed and vulnerable moments. Nearly every time, sending me into an absolute panic. There were times I lost it. I called exterminators, I called my landlord (obviously), I tried every product you could by from RAID to boric acid. Even though I was always worried about all the chemicals around pets, I tried and I tried. I had fits. Sometimes I could laugh it off, sometimes I would cry and feel helpless. I got to a point where I no longer kept food in my apartment, gated off my kitchen, and accepted that I should never try to eat at home...or stay there for very long. THEN I found this product. It was my last hope. I didn't want to get my hopes up too high, but I prayed and prayed. I put dabs of it around my kitchen around 8pm at night. Within seconds I saw little antennas coming out from holes I didn't know existed, coming to feast on what I hoped was their last meal. Within 10 minutes I counted 30 roaches eating the stuff, freaked out and left. When I returned 12 hours later.....my floor looked polka dotted. 90 dead on the floor alone. I had never been so happy and repulsed at the same time in my life. For the next few days I permanently kept my vacuum in my kitchen because finding more dead was a common occurrence. Within 72 hours I would honestly say I the roach population had diminished by 75%. I'm now writing this a few months later. Why am I writing it so much later? Because I forgot. Why did I forget? Because I haven't seen a living cockroach in my apartment in MONTHS, so I forgot to write a review about them. If I could kiss the person who invented this I would. I swear I was living with PTSD. Wherever I went, wherever I traveled. I was always anxious. If I thought I saw something move I immediately thought roaches were coming. If a piece of dust went by I thought: here they come. This product has changed....utterly changed, my entire life.
