I wanted to update my review. It’s been nearly a year and it has held up well for two 22-30lb Boston Terriers. We use this for camping and it’s been packed, pulled, crammed, yanked, jerked, hammered... I would buy this again. I am very happy with this. We went camping in December and had left this in front of our camper during a 70 mph wind and rain storm. We tossed a packaged bundle of logs in it to hold it down and it is still kicking and in great shape. I’m still very happy with this as you can see my fur kids love it. I’ll include a more recent picture as well. Also, still very happy that this is a local Seattle/WA based company. If and when this craps out on me, I’ll be sure to order another! It survived the first use. I saw some reviews that this was cheap and the dogs ripped right through it. I think you have to have some common sense when considering an item like this, are your dogs the type that will jump up and rip through something like this? Would it matter how thick the tent fabric is if your dog is going to freak out and tear through it to escape? I had both of my Bostons camped out in this for the weekend. Of course the second they show signs of wanting to get out we let them out so they don't scratch and destroy it, honestly we don't want them stressed and fearful of it either. We threw two cuddler dog beds, four fleece blankets, numerous toys in with them and made it a safe cozy spot for them to relax in while we were camping. Usually they are kept in our camper or on a leash and this allowed them to see us but stay safe and confined. Our male is 27 lbs, 10+ yrs old and super mellow, our female is 2 yrs old, 22 lbs, and well mannered. The second she scratched we told her no. This held up well for a two night camp trip. The dogs were never left unsupervised in this though. My one frustration was folding it back up. For $25 if this only survives another camp trip, I'll be happy. Plus it's a local WA based business so I'd prefer to spend my money locally.
