Wow, so far I'm impressed. It pulled a TON of dirt out of the carpet. I'll be using it all over the house. 2987 model PROS: Well-packed Easy, quick to assemble Very clear, direct, and short directions Very easy to use Not heavy One CON: Clean water and cleaning solution tank is small, maybe 15 minutes or so worth of time. However, bottom (dirty) tank holds more than one tank of the clean water, and its easy to fill clean water tank. So, this is a minor complaint and like I said above, it's small/light unit with I like.
