First I noticed softer more regular bowel movements... okay. Then I noticed more energy... okay. Then I noticed my joints don't hurt like they always have been and I was dancing like I use to... okay. Then I noticed my skin clearing up and looked lighter (I smoke).. okay. Then I was like (I just feel better - good mood) "Yes I been having a number of issues and tried multiple products with no help. Then I started to think (WHAT CAN IT BE?) Well the only thing different I am doing is taking the Sea Moss.. received my order on Nov. 5th.. missed a few days so I wasn't thinking it was it, but it is. So about 2 was of taking them, I noticed all those changes.. I went back and read the comments and notice alot of the same results from others. The one star ratings are NUTTS. It works.. 5 stars
