I've always liked ice cream scoopers you squeeze your palm to dispense as opposed to using thumb because it is quicker and much less cumbersome. Also for those who might have joint issues in their hands it might be helpful. I know they're made from stainless steel because they haven't bubbled from chrome plating or rusted with near wet daily use for months. Springs are strong and haven't sprung. Definitely money well spent. Thank you
