I have this Chime integrated with my Ring doorbell, and replaced an older model Chime with this new one when the old one died. I was delighted to see that they had come out with a newer model, which I love because it sits flatter against the outlet, and doesn't take up nearly as much room as the old one. Functionally, this works just as nicely as the old one. Truly, I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews of this. The Ring website states that all Ring devices work with each other and can be linked together. If anyone is having trouble doing this, I suggest either reading their support documents or contacting Ring customer support.
