Update: I've had this pillow now for many months. This pillow has helped me with severe subocciput nerve problems. Although I still get headaches, they come less frequently now that I'm using this pillow. I'm a side sleeper and it's much more comfortable than a conventional or shaped pillow. Previous review based on arrival of package: I was hoping to get a smaller pillow that would fit my neck, this one is too big. Also, it's poorly packaged with no caution about using a sharp object to cut through the tape on the box; I used an open scissor and because there is no inner cardboard protecting the pillow, it sliced a line through the outer casing! And, no, I didn't stab the box and rip it with force. There should be labeling reading "Caution: do not use sharp object to cut open box". I'm not an idiot. There was no indication that the pillow was stuffed into the box so fully. Since it's now damaged, I'll use it under an arm when I sleep.
