First of all, this is a replacement order. The first UPS Freight lost. Why am I starting with this negative? Because it is important to note that Jessica at Sleep Geekz and the entire staff was committed to fixing this issue. Both times they shipped right away, communicated the details and followed up every step. Once it was established by UPS that they could not find my shipment Jessica immediately sent another, not waiting to see if the first showed up. She was concerned how the items would arrived due to being lost and provided a new item immediately with a different carrier. The bed arrived on a skid in 4 boxes. (I purchased a split king). The 12" mattress was approx. 50 lbs, each base about 100 lbs. Unpacked the mattresses and opened the package, both started to come to life right away. In less than 15 minutes they were decompressed and looked great. The frame was amazingly simple to setup. Unbox, removed some zip ties, add legs, plug in control box, turn over and plug in! All the wires were already setup under the bed. Tested remote before placing mattress in, worked great. This is an extremely comfortable unit. We purchased the medium mattress and it feels great. Overall the bed is quiet, looks great and has many functions only found on more expensive systems. Quality is second to none. Massage works perfectly, under bed nightlight is nice, range of motion for this bed is amazing. If you are looking for an adjustable setup, this should check every box for you. Add in the great customer service from Sleep Geekz and you can feel satisfied with your purchase.
