After two previous attempts using other styles of orthopedic pillows I took a chance on the Sutera brand due to the reviews. I am truly shocked as to how much better I sleep. My chronic neck/shoulder pain is gone. I sleep both on my back and on my side. Either way my neck and shoulders feel lifted up and comfortably stretched, not bunched up. It’s an odd looking pillow and I wouldn’t have thought such a high pillow would work. So happy!
